Shipping & Return

Orders usually take 4-7 working days to reach you. Please make sure to answer your phone from 10 am to 6 pm. In case the courier tries to reach you 3 days with no answer, the order may be cancelled.

In case of damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make an exchange.

Exchanges
In case you receive the wrong or damaged item/s, we have a 3-day exchange policy.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we initiated the exchange the courier will reach out for you to pick up the item/s and hand you the replacement at the same time.

We only exchange with the same original item/s in case of customized orders, or with equally priced item/s in case of stock orders.

In case you are unhappy with the product;

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label.

After receiving the item in our warehouse, the refund will be issued and you will receive the amount after deducting the shipping service fees for both delivery and return.
